I need your amazing services for today’s party. Do you take same-day orders?
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist you the same day, given how busy our team is, but feel free to hit us up — it’s always worth a shot!

Orders can be canceled up to 72 hours before the event, but deposits are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, I have to cancel my event due to inclement weather or other natural disaster. How does this affect my service order?
We reserve the right to postpone services in case of unforeseen events like extreme bad weather conditions, terrorist acts, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate confirmed services on the earliest date possible following the original date.
How do I book a party?

Booking requests and queries will be responded to within 1-3 business days. We will confirm all important details, including the number of children attending, one week prior to your party date, so that an adequate quantity of crafts and other supplies can be prepared.
What is a balloon twister?
A balloon twister or balloon artist creatively shapes balloons into unique designs and characters such as animals, hats, flowers, and more. Balloon twisters are a fun and entertaining addition to nearly any event!
Are balloons biodegradable?
We use Qualatex Recognized as The Very Best, Qualatex latex balloons are made in the USA and Canada from 100% natural, biodegradable latex with no added fillers. We care about the environment!
How Many Balloons Can An Artist Twist Per Hour?
The number of balloons that can be twisted per hour really depends on the complexity of the shapes being requested. Many balloon twisters can do 10-15 custom shapes per hour or about 25 per hour for simpler, pre-approved shapes. If you’re planning a large event, you may want to book more than one balloon twister to ensure everyone gets a balloon.

Balloon twisters can be a great addition to festivals, community events, holiday parties, and family-friendly corporate events. The large variety of designs that they can offer make them great with different age groups. Due to the limited amount of equipment needed, they are also very flexible in regard to the performance space.

We book up sometimes months in advance, although last-minute gatherings may be possible. To guarantee that activities and supplies are available, a final count of the number of children and crafts should be submitted one week before the party.
